Turnover, particularly among nursing staff, is a big challenge for many hospitals today. As the pool of talent grows smaller, hospital leaders must ask themselves if they are doing enough to make their institutions places where their people want to build satisfying careers over the long term. For some inspiration, we take a look at another service industry historically plagued by high turnover - restaurants - and explore what some successful establishments are doing to keep their employees happy and motivated.
