HINGHAM, MA, April 12, 2006 – Leaders For Today, LLC, a leading provider of interim executive placement services to the healthcare industry, announced today that Nancy C. Theroux has joined the Company as Director of Recruiting. Theroux brings to her position more than 15 years of experience in healthcare human resources management, healthcare human resources consulting, and healthcare recruiting.

As Director of Recruiting for Leaders For Today, Theroux will identify, qualify, and contract with interim professionals. “Nancy’s breadth of experience and her extensive knowledge of healthcare human resources across both management and recruiting make her an ideal fit for us,” said Roger Payne, Managing Partner. “Like Leaders For Today itself, Nancy brings to her job a deep understanding of both the hiring needs of healthcare organizations and the healthcare recruiting process.”

Most recently, Theroux served for eight years as a human resources consultant for Reardon Associates, where her work included recruiting for healthcare organizations and designing recruitment programs. Prior, she was Human Resources Manager for Physicians Quality Care, Inc., a physician practice organization. She also previously served as Staff Personnel Manager for the Department of Surgery at the University of California’s San Francisco Medical Center.
