The Senior Executive Recruiter position will be based in a flexible location. We will consider candidates who have a passion to provide value to customers and candidates alike and who are among the best proven performers against performance metrics. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a team with some of the top recruiters in the nation. Our staff enjoys working independently as well and benefiting from one of the richest performance incentive packages available. The sales team drives business in from all parts of the US for the recruiting team.
Responsibilities:
-Ability to work in a fast paced, streamlined environment with candidates with backgrounds in teaching, community, academic and rural hospitals as well as behavioral health and skilled nursing facilities
-Client and candidate service responsibility
-Assist business development in opening and managing clients
-Bring your book of business and candidates to bear in running your desk and growing your business
-Results Driven - “love to win, hate to fail”
-Adaptable to change with a dynamic and fast growing firm and flexible accordingly
-Accustomed to warm and cold calling in and out of normal work hours as your candidates’ needs require
-Integrity and Trust
-Use candidate/client database
-Develop ongoing creative and cost effective recruitment strategies
-Work with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and sourcing strategies
-Validate accuracy of current job description(s)
-Prescreen disposition of unqualified candidates
-Present pre-screened candidates to management
-Determine skills assessment/deliverables set forth by clients
-Review compensation parameters and strategies with hiring manager
-Assist client managers in interview process including attendance with candidates
-Demonstrated ability to recruit for broad range of positions, with expertise in one or several functional areas within healthcare
-Proficient in Internet recruiting and sourcing
-Ability to multi-task and project manage as a part of a team
-Well developed administrative and follow-through practices
-Excellent customer service skills and complete follow through to resolution
-Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possess very strong organization skills and attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Entrepreneurial,out of the box thinker
-Familiarity and proven user of social media (work with our IT team in promoting open positions)
-Service Minded
-No travel
-BS/BA degree preferred
-3+ years of staffing and recruitment experience in healthcare mandatory
