LEADERS FOR TODAY, LLC PROMOTES COO JEFF SOUZA TO CEO POSITION

Leaders For Today, LLC, an international leader in interim and permanent healthcare management, announced today that Jeff Souza is taking over as CEO for the founder, Roger Payne, who will remain with the company as the Chairman of the Board. Payne started the company in 2001.

Souza has been serving as COO of Leaders For Today since April 2008. Having managed and executed on several startups and aggressive growth strategies with Favorite Staffing, Cross Country Trav Corps, and United Health Group/Ingenix, he designed and planned a national and international expansion for Leaders For Today as COO, which he will implement as CEO.

As a part of the growth objectives, Souza will expand the business development and recruiting teams, the client and interim base, as well as operational components of the company (including new corporate office space in Plymouth, MA) to accommodate the higher volume anticipated. He will also continue to develop and build a retained search component to gain a stronger foothold in that arena.

Souza will manage the mergers and acquisitions component of the company as its broadens its reach and market share as a national leader in interim and retained search within the healthcare space.

Leaders For Today has grown by over 67% since Souza joined the company.
